The Human Resources Department strives to provide comprehensive strategic and operational support to the Ministry of Finance in the area of Human Resources while ensuring consistency with MoF and State overall strategy, policies, regulations, and rules.
HR Department endeavors to effectively and efficiently manage the human capital of the Ministry; creating and facilitating a stimulating and supportive work environment and encouraging organizational creativity and a performance-oriented culture based on results.
The Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual of the Ministry of Finance has been developed under the authority of clause 7.5 of the Law on the Civil Service of Hirshabelle State State of Somalia, 26 January 2015. In the case of any discrepancy between the provisions of this document and the Civil Service Law, the Civil Service Law has precedence.
